I have to qualify this rating: I love truffles, and I really like both popcorn and truffle butter. I made mine with air-popped corn and truffle butter, and it was very good. Oh, I also used very fine popcorn salt, rather than Kosher or table salt. Still, if you don't like truffles (or other kinds of fungi, like mushrooms, you probably won't like it as much as I did.
