Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy milk (or other milk)
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 1 cup strawberries, stemmed
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed (for tartness if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon Vitamin C powder (1 capsule)
- Pinch salt, preferable grey salt
- Small handful fresh seedless grapes
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. If you'd like an iced smoothie, blend and then add ice to desired consistency.

I was skeptical about the grapes and lemon juice, but it turned out really yummy and my family really liked it.

I don't drink milk, grape juice or eat strawberries... a heck of a way to conquer that! Made for a family friend and her kids, save a little for myself. I followed the recipe, except used canned pineapple and frozen strawberries (which Giada says is just fine!. Blended in a super duper food processer as I don't have a blender. I will keep ingredients on hand!
