Ingredients

2 ripe cantaloupes, honeydew or other sweet melon
Pinch salt

Directions

Peel and seed melons and chop into 2-inch chunks. Place in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add pinch of salt, to taste. Chill until ready to serve.

I learned to cook from Michael's show. I was hopeless..now my wife has gladly relinquished the kitchen to my cuisine.... This is a fast easy summer drink for the weekends.
