Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint blackberries
  • 1/2 pint raspberries
  • 1 bottle, 750 ml, dry red Italian table wine
  • 1 quart sparkling water or seltzer, chilled

Directions

Fill the bottom of large wine glasses with a mixture of the berries. Pour wine in to cover and let stand 10 minutes. Top glasses with seltzer when you are ready to serve.

    I made it for a party with a few couples and it was pretty bad.. I agree it is just ruining wine.. it did not taste very good... AT ALL. It may be good for people who really really dislike wine.Read more

    I love wine already....this was another amazing twist on one of my favorites by RACHAEL!!! she is just amazing... I have... given away many of my other recipe books that i've had for years, just b/c I love hers and get much more use out of hers now. and I love that I can get recipes from her shows that aren't in her books so even when I can't find something in the books (like that ever happens) she's still on my tv with even MORE recipes....she AMAZES ME all the time.
