Yummy! This is a refreshing salad with a delicious lime dressing. The first time I made this recipe I made as stated. The second time I added an avocado and still perfect! This will definitely be my go to salad this summer. :

Excellent! I did swap out avocado for jalapeño ....next time I may add sliced black olives. I live in central NY...so fresh tomatoes, cilantro are not in season, but I threw it together early in the day and let it sit...added the avocado later...love just the lime juice instead of an oil dressing

Easy to make, excellent taste. I made a lemon white, wine and olive oil dressing and put on it.
