Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons hamburger relish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.

    I didn't think my husband would like it. He had 3 helpings. I think I may do like someone wrote and try it with Chili Sauce, for a kick. Very good as it is though.

    This was great. Thick sauce though. We used chili sauce instead of ketchup for a little kick. Also added some hot sauce. Guess we like it hot. Adds great flavor though.

    Nice change from the regular mayo dressing I'm used to. Did put in more cabbage than called for and I still needed just a few caraway seeds.
