Best Marinade I've ever used. Works great with all meats. For those that are serious about grilling, this marinade is a must to try. I see why Jack wins all those contests!

So many times I have dried out the pork roast because my wife insist we over cook it. I inject a roast today with Jack's marinade and it was moist, tender and sweet. I see now why he wins barbecue cook-offs. Great recipe!!!

I cooked two pork butts on my grill using Jack's marinade and rub. They were awesome! I've never received so many compliments. It was the first time I've ever tried any BBQ. Jack's recipes make it taste great. The hardest part was waiting all those hours to get to eat! My Southern husband was really impressed with this Yankee girl. Thanks!!
