Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- Splash Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Burger:

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices Cheddar

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
For the croutons: Place the cubed sesame bun on a baking sheet and bake until toasted, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
For the dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine all of the salad dressing ingredients and whisk together. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
For the burgers: Divide the ground beef into 4 equal patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook on the grill to your preferred doneness. Melt a slice of Cheddar on each.
For the salad: In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the salad and toss with the dressing and croutons.
To serve, place a cheeseburger in the center of each plate and top with the salad.
