Ingredients

1 lime
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
2 ounces vodka
Crushed ice

Directions

Cut up a lime into 8 wedges. Muddle the wedges in a rocks glass with sugar. Add vodka and top with ice. Stir and serve.

Like many people Bobby you have the basics down well. I have made many thousands of Caipirinha's, Caipiroska's, also called Caipvodkas. But its better to muddle the lime or fruit of your choice in a bar mixer or strainer with the ice & shake well. with the rest of ingredients. It gets mixed better with the sugar etc. then you strain it into the glass. enjoy this! tchau
