You can buy Hendricks Gin at most liquor stores. It's already infused with rose hips and cucumber. (but it's kind of expensive, so hold on I love cucumber gin tonics, so let me help you out a little. If you just add a couple of peeled cucumber slices to your glass, pour in the gin and then the tonic, you have a delightful drink without all the work. You can muddle the cucumbers a little with the gin before adding the tonic, but if you do that, you have to strain this first through cheese cloth, otherwise you have seeds and flesh floating in your drink. I don't mind it, but some people do. This flavor combination is "Out of this World" delicious!
