You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped lobster meat
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped watercress leaves

Directions

Whisk the lime juice, honey, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, tarragon, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

Gently fold in the lobster, avocado and watercress. Serve in shot glasses, if desired.

    Love this! Made it for New Year's Eve. Super easy; really good! Agree with previous posting--- Would make it all the time if lobster wasn't so expensive in the midwest.

    I made this for Christmas dinner…it was truly amazing! I had everything prepped & ready before dinner. I had the lime marinade ready and waiting in the frig (I substituted the tarragon for cilantro. Avocado diced and sprinkled with lime juice, Lobster chopped sitting separately in the frig. At the last minute gently tossed all three. I placed the watercress at the bottom of martini glasses and let the lime marinade drizzle down. I was cold refreshing and lite. I will be repeating this recipe for New Year’s Eve, with Shrimp & Cod…I can’t wait!
