I too just watched Brian's show and I absolutely love it. The food he makes looks soooo good but I think its his personality that is really the seller. He's so funny, so entertaining, and so down to earth. I love this show. I'm going to make this recipe this weekend too. Keep them coming Brian.

I have to comment on "What would Brian Boitano make???"... It was one of the "best" cooking shows that I have watched on the Food Network.... Brian, dude, you are one funny guy!!!! Not only was I mesmerized by what you were making and how "Tony" was going to "make out" at the "party", but I never stopped laughing.... You are HILARIOUS!!! What a "menu", (I saved the recipes, but your presentation in everyway was extraordinary.... I look forward to watching your show every time it's on.... You are one of a kind, and a very special man.... Good luck and God Bless....

I haven't tried this one yet, but is is printed and ready...I LOVE YOUR SHOW Brian! It is so much fun to watch and your love of cooking is so evident. Like Kay (see below, I only watch Ina (am a HUGE fan and Giada. Now Brian, whose style of cooking is so similiar to theirs, and to mine. Enjoy doing the show, have fun and know that your fans are loving it!
