Easy to make and absolutely wonderful; the cream cheese frosting is awesome- very light tasting and creamy! If you like to "sample" the batter like I do, don't be nervous that you can taste the oil; the baked result is moist and delicious! I added a small package of raisins for baking since I like raisins in mine, but I'm sure it's still great without. I will definitely make this again, but I will probably do a layer cake method since the frosting recipe yields a large amount and it's my personal preference.
