I followed the recipe exactly and I know my way around the kitchen. I thought this mix would be a great party snack, but it proved to be a mushy mess. Chex got EXTREMELY mushy in oven with butter & teriyaki. I even baked it longer AND tried letting it sit on the counter to harden up. In the end, I just used leftover ingredients (thank gdness I'd only wasted the chex & goldfish as a snack mix by just adding them together!

All in all, it was OKAY. I wouldn't use Rice Chex in the future, as it doesn't have too much color & made the mix look a little boring, but the Wasabi Peas added a much needed kick.
