    great basic cranberry chutney recipe

I also used dried cranberries, but I simmered them first for about 20 minutes in enough water to cover them, then dumped the... remaining water. This allowed the dried cranberries to absorb moisture before going into the chutney. It came out great!Read more

The flavor was good but the chutney was really thick. I used dried cranberries instead of fresh cranberries and I think that... the dried cranberries sucked up all the moisture in the chuteny. The next time I attempt this recipe I will use fresh cranberries instead.Read more
