The flavors of the cranberries, apples, raisins and spices blend well together, and it's very easy to prepare. Pepper flakes give it a nice little surprise. Serve the chutney over Boursin gourney cheese on a Breton wheat cracker. You will delight your guests! I give this recipe five stars!

We thought this was too highly spiced and I even reduced the red pepper by half, and I like spicy. Really thought it wasn't sweet enough so added some more sugar and orange marmalade, which made it now delicious.
