Honestly, I didn't really like this frosting. It was OK. To me, there wasn't enough cream cheese flavor to call it cream cheese frosting and there was too much butter! I felt kinda like I was just eating sweet whipped butter all over my cake. I prefer a frosting that isn't so thick and heavy, and if you're gonna call it cream cheese frosting, let's have more cream cheese! I will never make this frosting again.

It was a great starting point. I'm really new to baking and this was easy to follow. I put this on Gluten free carrot cup cakes and used 8 oz. of cream cheese and 1 1/2 powdered sugar because I don't like my frosting too sweet and the cream cheese flavor worked really well with the carrot. yum.
