This was very easy to make once I cooked the corned beef brisket. I bought the fresh packaged already cooked potatoes which were cubed with onions. I then added another onion that I put in my food processor added salt and pepper AND garlic salt seasong and put it all together. It tasted perfect before I even put it in the oven and was fabulous once we ate it. You can add more or less spices depending upon your taste, This will be a favorite recipe from now on.
