This is an unbelievably tasty dish, beautiful in appearance, and really simple to make. At my regular grocer (Kroger, I found turkey breast that was very thinly sliced (less than 1/4" thick and was specifically labeled "great for scallopini"--which is what set me looking for a scallopini recipe. I multiplied the recipe (times six, used rehydrated porcini mushrooms, and chicken stock instead of broth. The dish looks and tastes like Marsala dishes I have had in finer restaurants. I felt like a master chef, and with very little effort. Definitely a new favorite in our family.

This is one of my families favorite recipes. Try it over noodles, with some sqash on the side. Awesome! Way to go Willies!
