I made The Minimalist's pork yesterday. With this sauce, on a bun, with some creamy cole slaw: it is excellent. The vinegar is prominent, and delicious with the pork. I'd like to try this sauce on some spare ribs.

I have been searching for a sauce for polled pork and this is it! I'll be honest off the spoon it was a little to tomatoee for me but before trying to tweak it I decided to put it on the pork and WOW am I glad i didn't mess with this. It is a thinner sauce very tangy from the vinegar just the right amount of sweet and heat I love it.

Unbelievable! I made a half batch, but have learned my lesson...I keep catching my family sneaking it on a spoon. I added some finely diced onions (only about 1/4 of a small onion, which i strained out when putting it in the bottle. So good.
