Directions

  1. Combine one 24-ounce bottle nonalcoholic sparkling apple cider with two 12-ounce bottles hard pear cider in a pitcher. Stir in 1 cup bourbon and add ice. Pour into 8 glasses and garnish with sliced pears.

Cook’s Note

To make a proper cocktail, shake or stir with ice for 20 to 30 seconds — it’s longer than you think! This will dilute the drink just the right amount and make it extra cold.
