You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

1 1/2 quarts vanilla gelato or ice cream
1 1/2 cups espresso, chilled
3/4 cup amaretto
2 cups cream soda, chilled

Directions

Place 2 scoops of gelato or ice cream in each of 6 fountain glasses. Pour 1/4 cup of espresso and 2 tablespoons of amaretto over each. Fill the glasses with the cream soda, and serve immediately with a straw and long fountain spoons.

I served this last night to friends and everybody agreed it's the perfect dessert when the temperatures are close to 100 degrees. It's been years since I had a float and this one was fabulous.

i made this for my boyfriend because he lovvves cream soda. He rated it a 9.5 out of 10. He loved all of the different flavors incorporated in the drink. I tried it myself and thought it was delicious!!
