Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 bottle (750-ml) chilled brut Champagne
Directions

Came out nice, pretty color, but not sweet enough for me or my husband and I used an extra tbsp. of sugar. I am also not a big fan of "bubbly", but thought I would give this a try. Won't make this again, but I will try the same thing using my favorite wine next time.

I entertained a group last night and didn't find this drink to be too tasty. It's difficult to get the seeds out of the raspberry mix.

The recipe as is was ok. My personal taste was to make it a little sweeter and more raspberry flavored. If you like brut, then your good to go.
