i gave this 5 stars because it is a great place to start. i used what i had on hand, making a lot of subs, but it came out excellent. i do think i will serve it up in a salad bowl next time as i know have sticky fingers from devouring 3 of the cups.i know what's for lunch tomorrow!

So tasty, I grub on the leftovers the next day, and the next! I've done a couple different ground meats (beef, chicken, pork in this and it works great with any of them. This episode was on TV again the other day and I made sure to DVR it to hype me up to make it again!

These lettuce cups were delicious! I substituted tofu for chicken but otherwise made then exactly per the recipe. Yum!!! A definite keeper and so easy to make.
