Awesome! I made this as an accompaniment to Sunday brunch, and it was rave reviews all the way around. Although, I converted this to a dairy-free version by substituting unsweetened almond milk for the milk and plain cultured-soy yogurt, "Nancy's" brand, for the cow's milk yogurt. I doubled the vanilla based on the reviews below. Sweetnes can be adjusted easily for taste; I prefer less sweeteness so I only used the amount of honey called for. Although, my second batch, I used 1.5 TB instead of 1 TB and preferred the bit extra. I also used a pinch of fresh grated ginger root and fresh grated nutmeg, which added a wonderful fresh brightness to the flavor. I was generous with the peaches. Definitely a winner!

OMG! The bomb! I made this for myself and my 5 year old son and we both loved it. The spices are just right and the honey adds just the right amount of sweetness. We will add this into our smoothie rotation a lot from now on.
