Very nice, simple and very tasty. Served with a salad, a nice bottle of wine...beautiful! Did however add capers and the Vermouth.

I'm French so I miss the wine in this recipe. It started well but when I remove the frog legs to a warm serving platter I deglaze the pan with white vermouth, add chopped parsley and capers and pour this over the frog legs.
