Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds meat, any cut desired (beef or pork)
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 lemon
- Seasoning salt, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Grill over medium heat and enjoy with your choice of salsa and tortilla.

i used my brain n' turned the lemon typo to lime...

How can you have a lime marinated anything when the only citrus listed in a lemon. Very little instruction with this -- I wing things at home all the time -- when someone claims to have a recipe, I expect to learn something new and anjoy a new taste. This is a joke
