Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Favorite greens, for serving
Directions
  • Combine the olive oil, vinegar, agave, mustard and shallots in a bowl and whisk until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss your favorite greens with this vinaigrette and enjoy!

Cook's Note: For a super-easy summer salad, toss the vinaigrette with butter lettuce and top with fennel fronds and shaved Parmesan.
