- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
