Ingredients

1 can pure pumpkin

1/2 sauteed onion

Garlic powder

Pinch cinnamon

1 can chopped tomato

1 cup heavy cream

Red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.

I made this tonight but tweaked it a bit. I agree with the previous reviewer, measurements would be helpful. I added two 14.5-oz of fire-roasted diced tomatoes and 1.5 cans of water. I found the recipe to be bland so I added two bay leaves halfway through cooking and also added Adobo (a Latin spice. Other than than, I like this recipe because it is easy to put together and it is really tasty. I will make it again!
