This recipe is not good at all. It had a horrible texture to it, was really gritty. I have made other fruit soups that are wonderful but I DO NOT recommend this one!

The Cantelope fruit soup was very easy to make, but the flavors were bland making the end result just ok. Also, it would have been better served as an apertif or for dessert instead of a regular soup course.

This was only ok. I wasn't too happy with how it turned out.
