This was disgusting! The fennel was all that we could taste and I only used less than half the amount in the recipe. Avoid this recipe if you don't want to waste perfectly good, expensive shrimp.

This shrimp was not only extremely easy, but also extremely excellent. Someone wrote that it tasted like sausage, so I almost did NOT make it because I wanted shrimp, not sausage. However, it doesn't taste like sausage, but like fabulous shrimp! I made it for a New Year's Eve party and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I only wish I had made way more. I'll make it again just for me!

I also made this as a main dish and served it with yellow rice and peas. My husband & I absolutley LOVED it.The fennel wasn't overbearing at all. It was so simple and easy to make.My husband asks for it at least once every other week. Thanks, Rach!
