Ingredients

  • 1 spiral sliced ham, reheated to package directions
  • 1 (15-ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (10-ounce) jar apricot all fruit preserves
  • 3 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup prepared horseradish, from dairy aisle
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with warm ham and biscuits.

    we make this in louisiana... if you dont have apricot and pineapple jelly use orange marmalade and apple jelly.... love it on grilled pork loin or over cream cheese served with crackers!!!

    my favorite way to use this is poured over cream cheese or goat cheese (prefer goat cheese because of it's tang, and served with crackers. this is also a great dip for egg rolls!!

    I tried the sauce but went with the 1/4 cup of Horseradish and 3/4 teaspoon pepper. I put it over the Ham as it cooked and it was good. Thanks for the recipe.
