Ingredients

1 scoop chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream

1 scoop cookies and cream ice cream

1 scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream

1 tablespoon chocolate chips

1 tablespoon warmed jarred hot fudge sauce

1 tablespoon warmed bottled caramel sauce

1 waffle cone

2 tablespoons marshmallow creme

1 marshmallow

1 store-bought cookie

1 tablespoon Christmas sprinkles

Directions

Special equipment:
a piping bag
  1. Add the scoops of ice cream to a small bowl, then sprinkle over the chocolate chips. Drizzle the top with the warmed fudge and caramel sauces.
  2. Add the waffle cone, upside down, to the top. Pipe the marshmallow creme around the edge of the cone, making it look like the rim of Santa’s hat.
  3. With a skewer or toothpick, poke a small hole into the flat side of the marshmallow. Place the marshmallow on the upside-down waffle cone, creating the bobble on top of Santa’s hat.
  4. Snap the cookie into 4 pieces and stick them around the arrangement. Add the sprinkles to the top of the sundae and serve.
