Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
1 scoop cookies and cream ice cream
1 scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
1 tablespoon warmed jarred hot fudge sauce
1 tablespoon warmed bottled caramel sauce
1 waffle cone
2 tablespoons marshmallow creme
1 marshmallow
1 store-bought cookie
1 tablespoon Christmas sprinkles
Directions
Special equipment:
a piping bag- Add the scoops of ice cream to a small bowl, then sprinkle over the chocolate chips. Drizzle the top with the warmed fudge and caramel sauces.
- Add the waffle cone, upside down, to the top. Pipe the marshmallow creme around the edge of the cone, making it look like the rim of Santa’s hat.
- With a skewer or toothpick, poke a small hole into the flat side of the marshmallow. Place the marshmallow on the upside-down waffle cone, creating the bobble on top of Santa’s hat.
- Snap the cookie into 4 pieces and stick them around the arrangement. Add the sprinkles to the top of the sundae and serve.
