Substituted turkey bacon, diced and sauteed in a tsp of bacon drippings, did not have Cajun seasoning so I Googled it and got as close as I could to it. Added very thinly sliced pepper-jack to top and they were VERY YUMMY!!!

This recipe is delicious & great for me because I don't eat beef. I used turkey bacon instead of pork bacon & it was great. I also have substitued her sauce (which is very good with a chipotle mayo & it was delicious as well. The fries turned out great

They are very tasty and I'd make them again, just smaller. The portions are generous. Curly fries turned out fine too.
