I love this cocktail. Made these during the holidays. Everyone Loved them and got rave reviews. They even loved the rock candy swizzle stick. Will keep this recipe. I also made the choco mint martini that called for vanilla liquer as well so I used the same one - smirnoff vanilla vodka. Worked well. I didnt try to look for the other recommended liquor sinc eothers mentioned it wasnt easy to find.

This is a keeper! thanks Sandra Lee for this easy and festive cocktail.

This was is an awsome drink. It is easy to make, looks great in a glass and has a smooth flavor. I recomend it highly. I had no trouble finding vanilla vodka or Hpnotiq liqueur.

It took me over an hour to locate the vanilla liquer. The receipe recommended Liquer 43. Its actually spelled Licor 43. It is a Spanish liquer and the label is actually in Spanish, Cuarenta y Tres. My nephew is a bartendar and had never heard of it. The drink was very good. It would have been disappointing if after all the searching, the drink wouldn't have been very good. Rock candy isn't easy to find, either.
