You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2-ounce melon liqueur
  • Frozen melon balls, for garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka and pineapple juice. Shake. Strain into a martini glass. Slowly pour the melon liqueur into the glass. It will sink to the bottom. Garnish with frozen melon balls skewered on stir-sticks and serve immediately.

    Made this for my blog (http://semi-edible.blogspot.com/ and was underwhelmed. It's good if you like melon (and the other reviewers are right, use Midori and not some cheap melon liquor.

    All I did was add a little bit of lemon juice to the martini and it was perfect. You also may need a better brand of melon liquer
