Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 1-ounce dark rum
  • 1-ounce guava juice
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 orange, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Dash grenadine
  • 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients, and shake well. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry

    My sister said it was good but that she wouldn't drink a whole one. I thought it was waaaaaay too sweet and couldn't drink it. I didn't have a problem with the sugar dissolving like others did...I kind of wish mine didn't dissolve so I wouldn't have to drink it. sweet sweet sweet.     This is soooo yummy as she would say it. It is the closest thing I could find to a mai tai. Yes!
