Spicy Stir Fry

Ingredients

6 ounces grilled chicken breast, diced

2 cups raw fresh spinach

1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes

1/2 avocado, diced

2 ounces hot sauce, any brand you prefer

Directions

  1. Heat a large wok over high heat. Place the chicken, spinach, tomatoes and avocado in the wok and toss. Add the hot sauce and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
