Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Kosher salt
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Brush oil on one side of tortillas, stack them and cut into quarters. Arrange on a baking sheet and sprinkle pumpkin spice and a pinch of salt over the top (sprinkle from at least 12 inches above the baking sheet for even coverage of the small amount). Bake until crisp and golden, about 15 minutes.

Possibilities are endless! Best dish I used these in was desert nachos! I sprinkled a lil cinnamon and sugar long with the pumpkin pie spice, then drizzled melted chocolate sparingly on the chips. I topped those with dices strawberries, pineapples, and topped them off with whipped topping mixed with vanilla bean. They were amazing! Theses chips are fun and can be used for all sorts of creations!
