I like spicy but cut the cayenne in half and it was still very hot.

Great recipe - loved the celery root - and the incorporation of a new way to do veggies for my loved ones!. I also added some new spices to my collection. The fries were a little burnt looking yet were not crispy.

We love hot and spicey in my family but the cayenne was too much, cut it back to a scant teaspoon and it will be just right. As far as crispiness, use your broiler at the end to crisp them up, yummy!
