Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon chopped pickles
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine mayo, mustard, lemon juice, pickles, parsley, capers and chopped egg. Stir to combine and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
