Rachael vacations in beautiful Bordeaux, France, one of the world's most famous wine producing regions. With treks to Le Chapon Fin, the city's oldest restaurant, one of her all-time favorite restaurants: La Tupina, a quick stop at Au Comestible, which is a sister market of La Tupina, the winery Clos de Madeleine and Le Bistro du Vingt, a hip wine bar.

Rachael's on vacation in Lisbon, Portugal's capital city. With visits to the Royal Café, the famous Expo Park for a panoramic view of the city, Lisbon's Oceanarium, Casa Alentejo and enjoys cod, plus a carriage ride to Panoramico Restaurant in the expansive historic Hotel Tivoli.
