Couples across the country have been stacking up Ding Dongs and Ho Hos to stand in for their wedding cakes. Patten Laurel, from Queens, NY, even got Hostess to make a special batch of winter-white Sno Balls for her March wedding. These cakes have an added benefit beyond the cost, as Houston couple Amy Dinn and Jake Goldstein discovered on their first anniversary: They’re still good a year later.
