This sounded good, but I needed to make changes due to a more Italian dinner theme. I used ground turkey instead of beef/lamb. I added a bit more oregano and garlic. Took out large can of tomato sauce and used can of drained diced tomatoes and small can of sauce. I was serving this to someone who needs gluten-free foods, so I cooked up some frozen Potatoes O'Brien instead of orzo. Layered it in 13x9x2 with potatoes, layer of shredded mozzarella, meat mixture, olive mixture, then topped it with fresh shredded parmesan cheese. It was delicious!! The cinnamon was a nice treat and the lemon with the olives was a fun twist also. I would make this again.

As the previous reviewer stated, it was okay, but not amazing. I'm pretty sure I won't make this again.
