Ingredients

1 pint super premium coffee ice cream
Chilled beer mug
1 (22-ounce) bottle chocolate stout, chilled (recommended: Brand Rogue Chocolate Stout)
Fresh whipped cream, for garnish
Shaved chocolate curls, for garnish
Cherries, for garnish

Directions

Add 2 large scoops of ice cream to a chilled beer mug. Top with the cold chocolate stout beer. Garnish with a dollop of fresh whipped cream, some shaved chocolate curls, and a cherry.

Chef McCargo is a GENIUS!! This is a standard drink at my gatherings. It's decadent and insanely delicious!! Also perfect for an evening of just chilling out and watching movies. The perfect compliment to fully loaded nachos! :-D

I can't believe I'm the first to rate this drink. I'm SHOCKED that this is not something that is not being passed around at BBQ's, tailgate parties or baby showers . . . maybe not the baby shower. But - GOOD LAWD this is some good stuff!!! Chef, your wife is the luckiest woman on planet earth! DELICIOUS AND OUTRAGEOUS drink!!!!
