Very refreshing. Great way to use up the big cucumbers that seem to accumlate in the summer gardens. I needed to add more sugar than what the recipe states. Nice non-alcoholic accompaniment to spicy Mexican food.

I grew up drinking agua de pepino. The only thing i do different is i use a little less cucumber and add in celery. I love the fact that you can substitute any fruit or vegetable into this basic recipe. Its always delicous no matter what combination you use.
