Ingredients
- 1 quart mayonnaise
- 3/4 quart apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- Prepared horseradish
- Lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a very large blender or food processor. (It may be necessary to do this in 2 batches; just add 1/2 of each ingredient and then repeat.) Blend for 1 minute, or until thoroughly combined and mixture is smooth. Pour sauce into a large bowl.
Use when grilling chicken; brush lightly over the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling. This sauce is also great for dipping; set some sauce aside for passing at the table.

This is not the Big Bob Gibson's White Sauce Recipe from the cookbook we have. Gosh....how many versions are there? We would not like one that had corn syrup in it.
We are trying the one we have this weekend.
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tsp prepared horseradish
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

I've seen the (young guy from Big Bobs on a few different programs and each time he shows a similar, but different recipe. We all know that these people will rarely give up thier real recipes for things that they want us to buy. Can't blame them there. One program he used white vinegar, the next cider vinegar. Sometimes he puts sugar, sometimes not. You just have to take the basic recipe and adjust it to the way YOU like it. Or, Go buy some of it from Big Bob Gibson's.
