Highly recommend this recipe. I grilled some awesome burgers and this potato salad topped it off. Add just a little more mustard that what is requires. I also added 6 green onions rather than 4.

I found this recipe on the Hellman's website. Bobby's variation there was a little different, however excellent. The difference there was just the dijon mustard and no whole grain mustand, cilantro in place of the parsley and finely diced jalapeno pepper. Absolutely delicious and will make it again and again.
