  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock or water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Directions

With very few ingredients and less than 10 minutes I made... a tasty, healthy side dish (I did cook it a little bit longer than suggested). This is a definate keeper. Easy and delicious

I thought of kale as something that needed a long cooking time and was best in soup. This recipe is quick easy and... delicious. I do two big bunches at a time in my biggest pan. The leftover cooked kale keeps well and reheats for another meal. When I do two bunches I use more broth then the recipe calls for and steam it for longer then the recommended 5 minutes to allow for the added volume.Read more
