Fantastic! Just bought kale for the first time and saw this recipe. Used water because I didn't have vegetable stock on hand and it turned out perfectly. I'm sure this will become a staple at my house.

Loved it! Just made it tonight, first time ever cooking Kale. Don't change a thing. The chicken stock adds a nice flavor, and the red wine vinegar has a great finish. I will definitely make this over and over and over again. Start to finish, including rinsing and drying the kale = less than 10 minutes.
