This tzatziki recipe is the best I've ever had. It's so creamy and fresh, and healthy too! I toasted up fresh pita bread wedges to serve with it. If you are a Greek yogurt fan, you have to give this a try!

we didn't have long to let it sit, but it was still very full of flavor. Highly recommend this. Especially with grilled lamb.

Simple and rested. The best. I added a little fresh parsley too. Greek yogurt is the key to perfect tzatziki.
